Overview
AS Hair Clinic seeks a medical leader to oversee dermatology and hair-restoration care. You will own clinical governance, ensure patient safety, and lead protocol-driven workflows across Micro FUE 0.7 mm / DHI, PRP, and mesotherapy.
Key responsibilities
* Lead medical governance: clinical standards, SOPs, hygiene & safety; incident/audit reviews.
* Consultations focused on hair/scalp disorders (trichology), diagnosis & EMR documentation.
* Indication, performance/oversight of PRP & mesotherapy; peri-procedural monitoring.
* Medical oversight of Micro FUE/DHI workflows (local anesthesia, donor management, hairline design input).
* Collaborate with management on quality, outcomes, scheduling, and service development.
Requirements
* Valid German medical license (Approbation); Board-certified Dermatologist (or near completion).
* Track record in aesthetic derm or trichology; hair-restoration exposure is a plus.
* Confident with injections, aseptic technique & minor procedures.
* German B2–C1; English C1; strong leadership & patient communication.
* Work permit (if required) and medical liability insurance.
