As Senior Manager Retail Media Campaign Management (m/f/d), you will lead the strategic steering, prioritization, and performance management of Retail Media campaigns. This role goes beyond hands-on campaign execution and operational setup. The focus lies on strategically steering and prioritizing Retail Media campaigns while aligning commercial objectives, scalable planning, and measurable performance impact. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, you will establish scalable ways of working, align business priorities with operational feasibility, and lead a high-performing Campaign Management team within a fast-growing Retail Media environment. About Your Tasks Lead and develop the Campaign Management team while fostering a proactive and performance-oriented setup. Translate commercial goals into clear media strategies, campaign plans, and scalable prioritization frameworks, routines and workflows. Steer and prioritize campaigns across the full lifecycle, ensuring strong alignment with business objectives and commercial impact. Collaborate closely with Sales, Key Account Management, and Business & Ad Operations to align commercial priorities with operational feasibility. Use campaign data, reporting, and performance insights to support business decisions and continuously improve campaign quality and effectiveness. Contribute to the further scaling of our Retail Media business by improving processes, operational clarity, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-growing environment.
