The Role
Our passionate marketing team is looking for a
Working Student (m/f/d) – Event Management & Marketing
(approx. 20 hours per week). In this role, you will gain
hands-on experience
in event management, campaign coordination, content creation, and digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
* Support inventory management and ensure the smooth organization of marketing materials.
* Provide operational support to the marketing team in day-to-day activities.
* Assist in marketing projects and take ownership of sub-projects, particularly related to events.
* Conduct data research and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
* Manage back-office tasks and assist the team with organizational duties.
Key Requirements
* Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Event Management, Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Strong interest in event management and motivation to contribute to both internal and external events.
* Initial experience in event management is a plus, but not required.
* Confident in using digital tools, including CRM systems and MS Office applications.
* Structured, proactive, and able to work independently.
* Good command of German and English, both written and spoken.
