Key Account Manager Job

Job Responsibilities
* We seek an experienced Key Account Manager to identify and develop new business opportunities by managing existing accounts and building long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the data center sector and other industries requiring UPS systems across Europe.
* The successful candidate will promote and sell our Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems to clients.
* They will provide technical guidance and expertise to ensure that UPS systems meet client operational needs and future growth plans.
* The ideal candidate will also monitor competitors and industry trends, including market developments and emerging technologies.
* They will submit monthly sales reports to management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Experience in selling UPS systems to data centers and other European industries.
* A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field is essential.
* Minimum 10 years of B2B sales experience, preferably with a focus on technical solutions for data centers, electrical infrastructure, or similar sectors.
* Technical background or certifications in UPS systems, power management, and/or energy solutions would be beneficial.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are required to explain complex solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Results-driven and proactive approach to identifying client needs, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, is essential.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team is necessary.
* Fluent English language skills and willingness to travel in Europe and globally are required.
