Dynapar ergänzt das Portfolio durch robuste Encoder Lösungen für den amerikanischen Markt, insbesondere in anspruchsvollen Industrieumgebungen.
Ihre Aufgaben:
Strategische und operative Führung des Testlabors mit Fokus auf normgerechte Prüfprozesse und aktiver Beteiligung an Testaktivitäten.
Erstellung und Durchführung von Testmatrizen für die Freigabe neuer Produkte bzw. Änderungen an bestehenden Produkten sowie Planung und Koordination der erforderlichen Tests intern und mit externen Partnern.
Analyse und Dokumentation von Testergebnissen sowie Ableitung von Maßnahmen
Unterstützung bei der Fehleranalyse und -behebung in Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklung und Produktion
Planung, Aufbau und Automatisierung von Prüfständen und Testsystemen (Hardware & Software)
Auswahl und Betreuung externer Prüflabore für spezialisierte Tests, z.B. EMV, Schwing-Schock, Temperatur Tests, usw.
Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der mit den jeweiligen EU-Richtlinien harmonisierten Normen usw. insbesondere im Bereich der EMV-, Niederspannungs- und Maschinenrichtlinie.
Ausgeprägtes Interesse und Kompetenz, sich in neue Normen einzuarbeiten und deren Konsequenzen für aktuelle und künftige Produktentwicklungen zu analysieren.
Mitwirkung bei der Definition von Prüfanforderungen in Lasten- und Pflichtenheften
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Entwicklung, Qualität und Projektleitung.
Ihr Profil:
Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik oder vergleichbar
Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung eines Testlabors, idealerweise im Umfeld elektronischer Sensorik.
Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Anwendung einschlägiger Normen für Umwelttests und elektrische Sicherheit.
Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägter Kommunikations- und Führungsstärke.
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic and operational leadership of the test laboratory, with a focus on compliance with relevant standards and active involvement in test execution.
Development and implementation of test matrixes for product releases and modifications, including the coordination of internal and external testing activities.
Evaluation and documentation of test results, and derivation of necessary corrective actions.
Support for failure analysis and resolution in close cooperation with engineering and production teams.
Planning, setup, and automation of test benches and systems (hardware and software)
Selection and oversight of external laboratories for specialized tests (e.g., EMC, vibration/shock, thermal testing).
Ensuring adherence to applicable standards and directives, particularly in the areas of EMC, Low Voltage, and Machinery Directive.
Proactive engagement with evolving standards and assessment of their implications for product development.
Contribution to the definition of test requirements in specifications and technical documentation.
Close collaboration with development, quality, and project management functions.
Your Profile:
University degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a comparable discipline.
Several years of professional experience in leading a test laboratory, ideally in the field of electronic sensor technology.
In-depth knowledge of standards for environmental testing and electrical safety.
A structured, proactive working style, combined with strong communication and leadership skills.
Fluent in both German and English, spoken and written.
