Key Requirements: Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (Financial modules: GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash & Bank, Budgeting, Project Accounting). Strong understanding of core accounting principles and financial processes. Experience leading end-to-end D365 F&O implementations and upgrades. Ability to gather requirements, run workshops, and translate business needs into functional solutions. Skilled in writing functional design documents, process mapping, and solution architecture. Hands-on configuration experience within D365 F&O financial modules. Familiarity with Power BI, SQL, and reporting tools within the D365 ecosystem. Ability to work with technical teams to ensure alignment between functional and technical requirements. Stakeholder management experience, especially with senior business users and finance leadership. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong troubleshooting and issue-resolution capability. Experience training end-users and supporting go-live activities. Knowledge of related modules (Procurement & sourcing, Inventory, Project Ops) is a plus. Microsoft certification in D365 Finance or related modules (preferred).
