Manage a portfolio of key clients within the banking sector, engaging directly with senior decision‑makers to understand their requirements and position appropriate solutions. Lead license renewals and extensions, including negotiations involving complex contractual terms and pricing pressure. Own customer relationships throughout the full sales lifecycle, applying a consultative and solution‑driven sales approach. Make sound commercial decisions that align with the company's strategic goals and priorities. Design and execute renewal strategies by identifying opportunities to grow revenue, improve customer success, and drive product adoption. Profile At least 3 years of experience in selling SaaS software or working in consulting. You are comfortable managing the full sales process on your own, from first contact and qualification to negotiation and closing. You have experience working with corporate customers and successfully closing deals or projects with them. You understand value based selling and can connect customer needs with business goals. You are numbers driven and able to create business cases that clearly show customer value. You are confident when negotiating and communicating with senior and C level stakeholders. You are self motivated, confident, and approachable, with a strong sense of empathy. You have strong analytical skills and enjoy solving problems. You communicate clearly and work well with different internal and external stakeholders. You are fluent in German and have very good English skills, both spoken and written.
