Your tasks
9. You form the interface between the Technical Documentation (DOC) department and the respective project organization.
10. You coordinate the DOC work packages (WP) so that the work packages can be fulfilled in accordance with the contract in terms of quality, costs and time.
11. You create a schedule/cost/resource requirement plan for the WPs and revise the plan on an ongoing basis.
12. You agree the WPs with the specialist department and designate the specialist group/resource requirements based on the WPs.
13. You create status reports based on predefined reporting templates and derive corresponding assessments/measures.
14. At the request of the PM-IPS, you support the clarification of subject-specific details in contract negotiations with customers, partners and UAN.
15. You identify project/specialist-specific potential for improvement and document the adaptation of the process or close process gaps and create interface documents.
16. You ensure that quality checks of external/own services and deliveries (e.g. documentation, specifications) are carried out.
Your profile
17. You have a successfully completed degree in engineering / economics or a comparable qualification and relevant professional experience.
18. You have comprehensive system knowledge of the Support System / Integrated Product Support (IPS), in particular technical documentation.
19. You have sound knowledge of the relevant standards (in particular ASD S1000D/ S2000M).
20. You are confident in the application of project management methods (classic or agile).
21. Ideally, you have a project management certification (IPMA, Scrum or comparable).
22. You are communicative and use your teamwork skills to achieve joint success.
23. You are goal-oriented, like to take responsibility and are able to avoid/resolve conflicts.
24. You have a good command of written and spoken English.
25. You have already gained professional experience in project management.
26. You have already gained professional experience in the navy, shipping, naval logistics and/or in IPS, ideally in the creation of technical documentation/the above-mentioned ASD processes.
