Job Description As member of the team in Airbus D&S you will be responsible for: Internal and external reporting, including annual financial statements, management reports, cash flow, etc; Handling corporate law matters, e.g., shareholder meetings; Coordinating essential business operations within the real estate division, such as rent processing, arrears management, and maintenance scheduling; Revenue management, e.g., participating in or leading lease negotiations, drafting lease agreements, preparing contract annexes; Preparing and conducting property handovers, including necessary documentation; Independent preparation and review of utility cost statements, as well as checking received statements;
