Logistic Service Coordinator Airfreight Export (m/f/d) for our Frankfurt office:
Your tasks:
1. Legally compliant handling of air cargo shipments
2. Customs clearance using Atlas/AES
3. Personal and intensive customer service and coordination with our overseas offices/agents
4. Preparation of quotations and invoices
5. Monitoring and optimizing work processes and checking results
6. Recording and handling complaints
7. Meeting deadlines
8. Compliance with deadlines
9. Optimizing workflows and monitoring results
Exemption Type Exempt (Salaried) Job Requirements
Your profile:
10. Experience of minimum 3 -5 years in Airfreight
11. Commercial training, ideally as a freight forwarding and logistics services coordinator or equivalent
12. Work experience in handling airfreight export shipments
13. Confident use of MS Office applications
14. Good written and spoken knowledge of German and English
15. Ability to adapt quickly to changing policies and procedures
