About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Solutions Sales Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and business expansion within your assigned region, focusing on the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry.
You will work closely with clients, understanding their business challenges, and positioning our software solutions to address their needs. This requires a strategic approach to account management, including new business development, relationship management, and pipeline growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow revenue and market share within the assigned territory.
* Identify, engage, and develop new business opportunities within the AEC sector.
* Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored software solutions.
* Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our software solutions.
* Work closely with marketing, pre-sales, and technical teams to ensure client success and satisfaction.
* Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring alignment with company goals and client requirements.
* Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* At least 3 years of sales experience in the AEC industry, preferably in software or technology.
* A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
* Experience managing a sales pipeline, conducting client meetings, and leading negotiations.
* The ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in construction, architecture, and engineering firms.
* Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
