YOUR TASKS
* Scout the market for potential new IT suppliers
* Support supplier onboarding by preparing NDAs and creating supplier profiles in the system
* Assist in sourcing projects for software, hardware, and IT services
* Create and manage RFQs (Requests for Quotation) and compare supplier offers
* Prepare documentation and summaries for sourcing board meetings
* Support contract preparation and coordination with internal stakeholders
* Maintain procurement data and ensure accuracy in systems and reports
YOUR PROFILE
* Enrolled Student in Business Administration, Procurement, IT Management, or related field
* Strong interest in procurement, IT sourcing, and supplier management
* Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory); German and/or Spanish is a plus
* Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); SAP knowledge is a plus
* Structured and detail-oriented working style, with the ability to work independently
* Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset
