Overview
Microsoft M365 and M365 Security Cloud Solution Architect role within SME&C. We are building a fast-growing, AI-powered global sales team that partners with customers to drive growth and innovation. This role focuses on adopting M365 and Copilot technologies, customer success, and AI transformation initiatives for business value while collaborating with cross-functional teams and partners.
Responsibilities
* Be a trusted advisor driving Adoption and Change Management as well as business value through AI Transformation: deliver Adoption and Change Management as a key pillar to help customers realize value and navigate their AI transformation journey. Translate customer challenges into actionable solutions with high ROI and ensure a seamless, connected experience that fosters satisfaction and long‑term value.
* Drive Customer Success: lead architectural design discussions with business and technical decision makers to drive intent and enable sustained usage of Copilot Chat, Agents, and M365 Copilot, securing long‑term customer success and renewal.
* Leverage Agentic AI: use Copilot prompt engineering and Agent-building expertise to drive AI at scale.
* Explore growth opportunities: partner with technical and sales teams to identify opportunities and develop tailored solutions to drive expansion and business value realization.
* Customer Centricity and Satisfaction: become a trusted advisor to customers and partners by leveraging AI fundamentals and M365 Copilot expertise to enable defined Customer Success Plan outcomes; actively listen and challenge to drive the best outcomes; provide feedback and insights from customers/partners to relevant MS teams to enable continuous improvement.
* Accelerate Customer AI Transformation Journey: engage in relevant communities, share expertise, contribute to IP creation, prioritize IP reuse, and learn from others to accelerate the customer’s AI journey.
* Embrace a growth mindset: act as the voice of the customer by proactively sharing insights, feedback, and success stories to inform internal strategy and execution.
* Learn-it-all: demonstrate a self‑learner mindset through continuous, self‑directed learning in areas such as Copilot Chat, Agents, M365 Copilot, business value realization, and adoption/change management; build and maintain technical readiness aligned to CSU priorities and corporate initiatives.
Responsibilities – CSA M365 and Security (Additional information)
* Be the focal point of contact between Microsoft and customer/partner in driving M365 adoption and end‑user adoption of Copilot per BU.
* Deliver Microsoft services for M365 through Unified support contract.
* Demonstrate M365 insights to showcase trends and business impact.
* Advise on Adoption and Change Management plans (identify executive sponsorship, end-user targeting, content and activities).
* Enable and demonstrate M365 insights and dashboards to understand usage trends and business impact.
* Provide training sessions, use-cases, and support specific forCxO.
* Envision, design sessions, and scope for pilot, PoC, or handover for implementation as part of extensibility scenarios.
* Provide feedback to Microsoft Product Group and Marketing team.
* Support unblocking technical issues by working with product groups and providing feedback and product insights.
* Support Customer Success Club and MW events by delivering sessions and acting as a subject matter expert.
* Demonstrate passion for new innovative technology and drive customer transformation.
* Ability to work with different cultures and customers.
* Ability to communicate with a variety of audiences, especiallyCxOs, and strong presentation skills.
* Demonstrate balance between business outcomes with adoption/change management skills and technical acumen on Copilot and agents.
* Ability to lead and motivate technical communities and be a public speaker.
* Ability to adapt to change and maintain a continuous learning mindset.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
* Fluent in English, Arabic, French or German; any third language is appreciated.
* No relocation is possible.
Experience
* Relevant experience working in a customer-facing environment and with Customer Success teams.
* Experience in systems development, network operations, software support, IT consulting.
* Proven track record in planning, deploying, operating, and optimizing M365 solutions.
* Analytical problem solving and ability to explain complex topics to both technical and business decision-makers.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English and in French, German, Italian or Spanish is a plus.
* Experience with Change Management, transformation, trusted advisory, and customer focus to influence on Consumption/Adoption of M365 customers.
* Journey mapping skills: ability to design customer solutions and lead presentations, demos, and design thinking workshops with BDMs and ITDMs.
* Strong relationship building with senior IT and business decision-makers in large or strategic accounts.
Technical Skills
* Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and deep knowledge of one or more workloads.
* Tenant-to-tenant migration knowledge.
* M365 Security and compliance.
* Copilot for M365, Copilot chat, Copilot Agent.
* Agent creation and governance (through M365, Copilot Studio).
* Copilot Studio; M365 Apps (Teams, Viva).
* Teams deployment; SharePoint Online & Search indexing.
* Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified, AI, …).
