Senior Manager Corporate Finance Job Description

* Transactions: Analyze, prepare, and execute capital market transactions, including green and vanilla bonds in various jurisdictions, private placements, promissory notes, and syndicated credit facilities.
* Analysis: Conduct qualitative and quantitative capital structure analyses based on different rating methodologies and internal planning.
* Presentations: Prepare presentations and board memos, participating in meetings with rating agencies, debt investors, and banks.
* Documentation: Prepare and negotiate transaction documents, such as EMTN programs, bond documents, and revolving credit facilities.
* Communication: Actively communicate with banks and internal stakeholders, including Controlling, IR, M&A, Legal, Tax.
Required Skills and Qualifications
You'll approach complex tasks with enthusiasm, finding solutions that drive team and funding success. You'll recognize yourself in these points:
* Professional qualification: University degree in Business Administration or a related field.
* Extra qualification: CFA qualification is an advantage.
* Work experience: Several years of professional experience in corporate finance.
* Specific professional knowledge: Extensive knowledge of bond issuance, credit ratings, and syndicated loans, with a proven track record in executing capital markets transactions and rating analytics.
* Language skills: Excellent communication skills in both English and German.
* Intrinsic motivation: Driven to deliver outstanding results in high-impact, high-visibility projects.
* Technical knowledge: MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Word) and Bloomberg.
