About the Role: Monitor product quality, quickly resolve any issues, and track the results to drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
* Quality System Construction: Establish and improve the factory's quality system, build and track the performance indicators of the system to ensure the effectiveness and compliance of the company's quality activities.
* Propose suggestions for continuous improvement of the quality system and supervise implementation.
* Organize and conduct process, product audits and management reviews and follow up on customer audits.
* Resource and Budget Management: Budget planning and management for the laboratory, software, training, personnel, etc.
* Internal Audits: Training of internal auditors and scheduling of audits.
* Supplier Issue Management: Analysis and rectification monitoring of quality issues related to incoming goods, online, OEM, and market quality of outsourced products at the factory level.
* Customer Issue Resolution: Statistics and analysis of zero-kilometer and after-sales market issues, organization of problem resolution and identification of key issues for project initiation, promotion of customer quality target achievement.
* Quality Activities: Implementation of various activities related to quality management system planning by the headquarter company.
* Department Management: Establish a quality organization that matches the company's strategic development, responsible for internal work and resource coordination within the department, personnel training, and improvement of working methods.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor or above degree with at least 5 years of experience in quality management.
* Familiar with the solution process, methods and application of relevant quality tools.
* Understand the requirements of the quality management system and the requirements of audits.
* BMW customer quality management experience will be a key priority.
* Both German and English can be working languages.
Required Skills: Experience in building a quality system from zero while meeting customer(BMW) requirements.
