Requirements
* Bachelor's degree +5 years' experience, or Master's + 3 years, or extensive relevant work experience
* Professional background in logistics or freight forwarding; ideally with procurement, quality management, or operations exposure
* Strong conceptual, analytical, and communication skills
* Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
* Intercultural competence and ability to influence in a matrix setup
* Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software applications
* Data-driven mindset and comfortable with business travel
* Excellent verbal and written communication in English and German
