We are currently partnering with a leading international real estate investment and asset management platform in the search for a Senior Asset Manager (Retail Real Estate) based in Munich.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced real estate professional to take ownership of a high-quality retail portfolio and contribute to strategic asset performance and value creation.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute asset management strategies across a retail real estate portfolio
• Drive asset performance and implement value enhancement initiatives
• Oversee leasing activities, budgeting, and financial performance
• Prepare and manage business plans, cash flow forecasts, and performance reporting
• Manage tenant, property manager, and stakeholder relationships
• Support acquisition, refinancing, and disposal processes where required
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for portfolio optimisation
Your Profile
• Min. 4 - 6 years of experience in retail real estate asset management
• Strong commercial, financial, and analytical skills
• Proven track record in value creation and portfolio optimisation
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities
• Proactive, strategic, and results-oriented mindset
• Fluency in both German and English is required
