Responsibilities:
* Analysis and optimization of processes in machining (turning, milling, grinding)
* Planning and implementation of projects for the ongoing improvement of production KPIs
* Introduction of new technologies and tools in cooperation with production and quality assurance
* Creation of work instructions, process documentation, and training materials
* Support for investment projects (machines, automation)
* Close cooperation with internal interfaces (production, lean, industrial engineering)
Qualifications:
* Completed degree in mechanical engineering, production engineering, or comparable qualification
* Professional experience in machining or production optimization
* Knowledge of CNC technology, machining processes, and tool technology
* Experience in project management and lean methods
* Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a hands-on mentality
* Very good German language skills
