3. Independent management of technically challenging projects from planning through to successful implementation and follow-up
4. Ensuring safety, quality, deadlines, and cost control throughout all project phases
5. Providing on-site technical consulting to clients and maintaining continuous, transparent communication
6. Planning, managing, and monitoring resources (staff, equipment, service providers)
7. Coordinating cross-functional teams and technical execution at various locations
8. Ongoing monitoring of project progress and active participation in process and workflow optimization
DAS BRINGEN SIE MIT
9. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or certification as a technician/master craftsman
10. Ideally, experience in project management
11. Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and project management tools)
12. Excellent communication skills in German and English
13. Strong customer focus
14. Project-related travel to various locations (approx. 70%)
15. Hands-on approach with a solution-oriented, technical mindset
16. Ability to work in a team, flexibility, and initiative
