Key Responsibilities
We are looking to recruit a Data Analyst to drive and delivercustomer focuseddata analysis to support and develop the local operation and customer needs.
1. Communicating with internal clients and third parties
2. Use ofinternal systems to provide analysis of trends,risksand opportunities.
3. Provideexpertise, solutioning, leadership, and training in the use of the WMS
4. To provide best practice initiatives seeking out or supporting system efficiencies.
5. Leading with regular and ad-hoc tasks, depending on the project and customer requirements.
6. Understanding of agreed customer and internal KPIs andworkwith the site team to ensure results meet or exceed in
7. Support financial reporting and capture of operational volumes and productivity
8. Support operational data capture and creating relevant analysis documentation for the customer and internal use
9. Presenting ofdata analysis to the customer and internal stakeholders
10. Assistwith other clerical and operational duties as and whenrequired.
11. Attendance of all training programs provided in line with the needs of the role. The ability to enforce/apply the skills provided is paramount.
We are looking for
12. Good working experience in Microsoft Office specifically “Excel”
13. Good knowledge of the relevant WMS
14. Ideally in a Warehousing/Logistics environment
15. Communication at all levels
16. Experience of presenting data analysis to internal and external stakeholders
17. Ensuretimelyandaccuratereporting is delivered
18. Co-ordination and communication with multiple stakeholders
19. Assistin the achievement of customer Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
20. Fluent inGermanand English both in writing and speaking
