Job Description

A leading provider of premium flexible workspaces is seeking a Growth Marketing Lead to drive revenue and pipeline generation across Germany. This role offers full ownership of the growth engine within a fast-scaling, design-led international business.

This position is ideal for a commercially driven growth leader who thrives at the intersection of marketing and sales, combining strategic oversight with hands-on execution. The role directly impacts revenue, acquisition efficiency, and market expansion.

What will you do?

1. Own and drive growth across Germany through a full-funnel, performance-driven marketing strategy
2. Build, execute, and continuously optimize multi-channel demand generation campaigns
3. Take ownership of pipeline generation and revenue contribution in close collaboration with Sales
4. Manage and optimize acquisition channels including paid media, SEO, CRM/lifecycle, partnerships, and activations
5. Lead go-to-market strategies for new locations, including market analysis, positioning, and launch execution
6. Monitor and optimize funnel performance, focusing on CAC, conversion rates, LTV, and payback periods
7. Experiment with new channels, messaging, and growth levers to unlock scalable opportunities
8. Manage external agencies and partners while maintaining a hands-on approach
9. Drive local partnerships, events, and activations that contribute to pipeline growth
10. Develop high-converting, localized assets to support campaigns and sales efforts
11. Collaborate cross-functionally with local leadership and global teams to align on targets and performance

Requirements

12. 7–12+ years of experience in marketing, growth, or demand generation roles
13. 3–5+ years of direct ownership of pipeline and/or revenue generation
14. Strong B2B background, ideally within SaaS, marketplaces, proptech, or real estate
15. Proven track record of building and scaling lead generation and revenue funnels
16. Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, and payback metrics
17. Experience managing marketing budgets with clear ROI accountability
18. Hands-on experience with demand generation channels (performance marketing, SEO, conversion optimization)
19. Strong commercial mindset, including pricing, packaging, and deal logic
20. Experience working closely with Sales teams or shared ownership of revenue targets
21. Advanced experience with CRM and funnel management tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
22. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and experimental mindset
23. Fluency in German and English
