Your main tasks and responsibilities
1. Medical revision and compilation of outgoing text documents (e.g. PIL, PI, SPC, DSURs/PSURs)
2. Answering of medical enquiries associated with the use of any of the company’s products
3. Maintenance of a database for medical enquiries
4. Supervision and maintenance of the in-house literature database
5. Managing the publications process related to clinical studies conducted by Octapharma
6. Close collaboration with different internal stakeholders and departments
7. Support of Octapharma activities at international congresses
8. Approval of marketing materials
9. Overview of phase IV programs
Your expertise and ideal skill set
10. Completed academic degree, ideally in a medical or scientific background (MD or PhD)
11. Experience in immunology, regulatory procedures, clinical development
12. At least 5 years of working experience in the pharmaceutical industry
13. Advanced skills in scientific writing and researching in medical databases
14. Fluent English, additional languages beneficial
15. Excellent organizational skills
16. Strong interpersonal communication skills
17. Readiness to travel

You can find all offers here: The minimum gross salary according to the collective agreement (chemical industry) is EUR 4.270,14 based on 38 hours per week (full-time). As we strive to offer a salary that reflects your individual profile and qualifications, there is a willingness to pay above the minimum salary.
