Your Responsibilities

Take ownership of processes based on a Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) platform
* .Serve as the primary expert and operator for SEM equipment and related production processes
* .Apply custom-developed characterization tools to analyze, evaluate, and improve sensor performance
* .Drive the implementation and automation of SEM-based production workflows using Python, JavaScript, and related technologies
* .Continuously optimize processes with a focus on throughput, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness
* .Develop, document, and maintain standard operating procedures while training and supporting production personnel
* .Act as the main point of contact for external suppliers and partners within your area of responsibility

Several years of professional experience and a deep understanding of SEM operation and functionality, ideally in an industrial environme
* nt.Hands-on experience with electron beam lithography systems and a solid understanding of key subsystems such as pattern generators, vacuum systems, beam generation, beam steering, and sample handli
* ng.Several years of experience in SEM process automation, preferably using Pyth
* on.Extensive experience in structured software development, particularly in Python, as well as confidence working with testing frameworks, validation protocols, and Git-based development pipelines. Strong documentation skills are essenti
* al.Ideally, experience in software-hardware co-development within an SEM environme
* nt.Knowledge of electronic components and circuit schematics would be considered an advanta
* ge.Fluency in both English and German for technical and professional communicati
