The Opportunity:
CACI has an immediate need for a Electronic Security Technician to support our mission critical program. These positions will be home based and travel to sites is required up to 100%.
Responsibilities:
1. Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electronic security systems
2. Install raceway and conduit infrastructure
3. Terminate Cat-6 cables, coaxial cables, and splice Fiber as required.
4. Install equipment racks, enclosures, panels, and device mounting hardware
5. Complete device and component installation activities
6. Execute installation activities within planned durations
7. Read and understand schematics and technical documentation
8. Configure programmable system components
9. Perform testing and evaluation at the component and system levels
10. Configure ports on network equipment
11. Maintain accurate project documentation
12. Responsible for installing low voltage security systems for Government clients. This includes overseeing and/or performing any necessary diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair of security equipment and system.
13. Checks out and approves operational quality of solution components. Instructs customers in the operation and maintenance of the solution.

Qualifications:
19. US citizen with Secret clearance or ability to obtain a Secret clearance level
20. Requires a HS diploma or GED
21. Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
22. Must be able to work at various heights, up to 45 feet
23. Must be able to climb and maintain balance on scaffolds, aerial lifts, and all types of ladders for extended periods of time
24. Must be able to walk, climb, lift, squat, crawl, kneel, and reach overhead on a routine and repetitive basis

25. 2+ years of experience in electronic security systems or related field
26. Basic understanding of TCP/IP
27. Experience operating personnel lift
28. Basic knowledge of electrical conduit installation
This position is contingent on funding and may not be filled immediately. However, this position is representative of positions within CACI that are consistently available. Individuals who apply may also be considered for other positions at CACI.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
