As the Customer Acquisition Product Manager (all genders), you will own HeyJobs’ new-customer funnel from first touch to first booking. You define how leads are qualified, prioritized, routed, and handed off, ensuring a smooth, fair, and fast process that powers growth. This is not a marketing execution role, it’s an internal product management role shaping how acquisition works at scale to grow our happy customer base.

#You have at least five years of experience in Revenue Operations, Go-to-Market Product Management, or Sales and Marketing Operations.
You have hands-on experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
