At onsemi our Sales Account Managers are critical to our success within the company. We're looking for a salesperson who will aggressively pursue opportunities and position us to win at key automotive accounts. • Work closely with the Global Account Manager and Global team to execute Sales Business Plans and Strategies to maximize revenue growth, increase market share, and position the company as a strategic supplier at a key assigned customer.
• Manage and coordinate support through ON's sales and engineering network.
• Develop and establish strong cooperative relationships with all levels of the customers' organization and departments.
• Lead new business demand creation with Field Application Engineers and Business Units to secure successful design win penetrations at customers R&D and design centers in NA.
• Work closely and support Business Units on competitive analysis, market intelligence and pricing negotiations.
1. Engineering degree or appropriate combination of education and approximately up to 5 years of related experience.
2. Good communication skills and time management skills.
3. Good knowledge of semiconductor products.
4. Excellent relationship building skills, negotiation and influencing skills.
5. Good presentation skills.
6. Self motivated, able to work remotely.
7. Familiarity with MicrosoftOffice tools.
8. Experience with systems such as Oracle, SalesForce, Tableau is a plus.
9. Excellent English conversation skills.
10. German language skills are also appreciated.
