The Munich municipal drainage system
Münchner Stadtentwässerung is the largest municipal sewage company in Germany. With a turnover of around 300 million euros, more than 1,000 employees work around the clock to ensure the safe discharge of wastewater, wastewater treatment and sewage sludge disposal. What you can expect
You will be responsible for setting up and managing servers and clients as well as installing and supporting notebooks. Your tasks will include software support and support for our users. You will also be responsible for documenting networks, IT systems and processes. Another aspect of your job is ensuring system availability. You will also conduct training courses on IT security and data protection.

You have
* Successfully completed vocational training as an IT specialist or
* a completed qualification in a comparable field of training
and
* German language skills corresponding to language level C1 or higher according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages
In particular, you will have
* Sound knowledge in the administration of Windows and Linux systems as well as network technologies (LAN, WLAN, VLAN)
* Result and goal orientation, especially coordination skills and accuracy (pronounced)
* Ability to cooperate and deal with conflict, especially teamwork (pronounced)
The following are an advantage
* Knowledge of virtualization (e.g. Hyper-V, VMware)
* Basic knowledge of CAD (e.g. AutoCAD)
* Knowledge of industrial protocols (e.g. ProfiNet, ModBus)
* English language skills corresponding to language level B1 or higher according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages
