Job Description Summary
The successful candidate will work cross functionally supporting FP&A, controllership, and project teams. They will be responsible for driving technical accounting compliance, financial and operational internal controls, process simplification, and operational excellence to deliver accurate financial reporting and analysis for assigned areas of responsibility.
The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of general accounting tasks specific to business operations at the Lichtenfels, Germany site, including inventory, deferred income, progress collections and reserves. The successful candidate will be responsible leading an effective and efficient revenue recognition process on machine and services sales and will play a significant role in the effectiveness of the Concept Laser monthly and quarterly close process.

1. Responsible for Concept Laser general accounting processes and close including:
2. Own the monthly financial close process and leadership reporting
3. Inventory, including participation in resolution of CAS Schedule II finding
4. Revenue recognition application for machine sales, services, powder and Addworks
5. Reserves related to inventory and purchase price accounting
6. Other general accounting processes as deemed necessary
7. Balance sheet analytical reviews for areas of assigned responsibility
