Could you be the Project Quality & Safety Manager we’re looking for?
Represent quality within the project team to promote customer satisfaction through project safety and quality assurance by coordinating all quality and safety activities from the offer phase to contract closure (SQCDP).
Act as the independent voice of the customer within the project organization.
Project Quality
Guide project teams in understanding their contributions to project quality.
Serve as the interface within the project team for all aspects of project quality (Engineering Quality (EQ), Industrial Quality (IQ), and Supplier Quality (SQ)).
Manage, coordinate, and synchronize the community of all quality disciplines supporting project execution (systems and subsystems, PUs).
Support project audits, reviews, and approvals of supplier quality management systems and their compliance (upon customer request).
Project Execution Control
Support the project team and project manager in preparing DFQ gate reviews and tracking related action plans.
Ensure the quality of technical modifications (change requests, CR) made during the project, compliance with the design change procedure, and quality of implementation, while analyzing financial impacts (Cost of Non-Quality, CoNQ).
Support the Project Manager/Director (PM/PD).
Promote problem-solving during the project phase to ensure timely management and reduce costs of non-quality (8D, QRQC, REX).
Support periodic progress reporting through quality indicators and identify improvement opportunities.
Bachelor’s degree (minimum requirement)
English (minimum B2 level); German (minimum B1 level)
Experience or focus on Project Management and/or Quality Management
Strong communication and management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with managers and team members at all levels
Critical thinking and analytical skills for evaluating data and processes
Work with new security standards for rail signalling
