Your mission:
* Taking full responsibility for your store
* Representing DIESEL as a brand ambassador
* Maximizing sales through KPI analysis and strategic development
* Motivating, leading, and developing your store team
* Recruiting and onboarding new team members
* Ensuring optimal staff and vacation planning
* Acting as a role model in customer interaction through excellent customer service
* Maintaining close communication with your Retail Manager and our Head Office
* Organizing store events
* Ensuring the correct presentation of DIESEL within the store

* Minimum 3 years of management experience in retail
* Very good written and spoken English skills
