Chief Accountant (m/f/d)
In a global team of 4.900 committed colleagues, which is characterised by the unique cohesion of our family‑run group of companies. Supervision of general accounting and monthly and year‑end closings. Weekly and monthly reporting to HQ (sales, cash flow, P&L and closing balance sheet);
Preparation of statutory financial statements according to Italian GAAP, including Notes to the Financial Statements and Management Report. Operational support for corporate compliance (Board and Shareholders' meeting minutes);
Management of relationships with auditors, tax consultants, and external authorities;
Oversight of tax deadlines and compliance obligations;
Support to the Finance Manager in monthly reporting and project‑based activities;
Treasury management;
Inventory accounting for statutory and tax purposes;
Fixed asset management;
Monitoring of customer contracts and calculation of sales‑based bonuses;
Management of professional compensation certifications;
Insurance management;
Degree in Economics or equivalent;
At least 3 years of experience in an auditing firm;
Good English for communication with HQ;
Strong knowledge of Italian GAAP (OIC) and expertise in preparing statutory financial statements;
Excellent Excel;
Ability to gain team trust, support the team technically and guide them through change;
Hands‑on and pragmatic approach;
