Responsibilities: We represent Quality Management within the development team. We correlate SiC failure mechanisms with reliability measures to be implemented into product quality. We define the qualification approach for SiC product developments. We implement quality procedures and quality standards from Nexperia, JEDEC, AEC, and customer-specific requirements in projects. We define final test specifications and verifications. We promote quality as value added to internal and external stakeholders. We support customer requests and complaint handling. We identify and address quality gaps in the product creation process. We define qualification requirements and support qualification of manufacturing processes. We document and handle data in analysis tools and evaluate reliability, yield, FMEA, customer requests, and related topics. We identify root causes for yield loss and other production problems and implement containment and corrective actions. We create the initial input for PCNs, review and issue them, and support follow-up activities.
