The mission of the thermal systems business group is to develop and manufacture systems, modules and components to ensure thermal energy management of the power train and comfort for each passenger, during all phases of vehicle use. These systems help to significantly reduce fuel consumption, CO2 emissions and other pollutants and harmful particles from vehicles equipped with internal combustion engines. They also increase travel range and battery life for hybrid and electric vehicles. At the Front Office in Bietigheim-Bissingen we are supporting Sale- and Project activities and compose the interface between the customers Daimler and Valeo-internal departments at the development from Thermal Systems.
Your challenges
* You will assist the Finance team and your supervisor with day-to-day tasks.
* You will participate in the monthly financial closing.
* You will participate with other team members in 3-month forecasts.
* You will help draw up the budget and 5 years Business Plan
* You will make overheads expenses follow-up vs. Budget and Forecast
* You will ensure that financial standards are respected and work on internal control campaign processes.
* You will manage Control Tools standardisation & development
* You will manage Control team support in analysis
Your profile
* You are graduated from a Master degree in Finance, Business
* You already have experience in finance (ideally in the automotive sector)
* You have a fluent level of English (German speaking will definitely be a plus)
* You have good communication skills, have an international mindset and are open-minded to new cultures and new ways of working and thinking
* You are humble, listening, positive attitude oriented, professional, and have the sense of rigor
* Excel, Google docs, SAP, reporting systems is a plus
