If you are energized by selling, building strategies, coaching others, and shaping how we grow in Central & Eastern Europe, this role is for you.
Own a sales territory in Germany, managing both customer acquisition and strategic account expansion.
Act as a hands-on manager, in closing deals yourself while coaching and supporting Sales and Field Application Specialists.
Develop and execute a clear sales strategy for Central and Eastern Europe, aligning with our broader company goals.
Work closely with colleagues in Global Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Engineering to ensure our customers have the best possible experience.
Proven success in life sciences or scientific tools sales, with a track record of exceeding targets.
A hands-on approach: comfortable balancing direct selling with team leadership.
