Your Tasks
* Collect, validate, and analyze operational data
* Monitor service quality and delivery performance
* Track and support key performance indicators (KPIs) such as scan rate, delivery success rate, and turnaround time
* Train customer service staff (on-site and remote) to ensure consistent performance
* Serve as a central point of contact for resolving operational issues (e.g., system errors, equipment failures, compliance issues)
Your Profil
* Bachelor's degree or higher
* At least 5 years of professional experience in logistics or warehousing
* Experience in team leadership (at least 3 employees)
* Strong analytical skills and confident handling of data and KPIs
* Proven ability to master operational challenges in a real-world work environment
* Fluent in Chinese and English
