Aufgaben To strengthen our sales team in the DACH region, we are looking for a committed Field Sales Executive (f/m/d) with proved sales achievements, rail experience and strong customer focus.
As part of the sales team for the rail division in the DACH region, you will collaborate closely with the Regional Sales Manager Europe, Regional Segment Managers, technical experts, and project managers.
Your work will involve actively engaging with customers in areas such as Rolling Stock, ERTMS, Signaling, Infrastructure & Energy for OEMs, suppliers, operators, authorities, etc.
You will be responsible for maintaining and further expanding existing customer relationships (OEMs, operators, integrators, authorities, etc.).
Your tasks will also include preparing market and competition analyses and developing strategic sales approaches.
In your role, you will utilize and analyze Salesforce to manage opportunities while fostering strong customer relationships and identifying growth potential.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the sales of technical services in the railway sector or, ideally, in rail TIC environment
Rolling stock, European Rail Traffic Management System (ERTMS), Signaling, Functional Safety / ISA, Railway Infrastructure or Energy Supply
Experience using Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems, with solid knowledge of pipeline management and sales processes would be an advantage
Very good written and spoken German and English and willingness to travel
