Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our Client Services team. You will play a key role in managing day-to-day client relationships — both independently and alongside our Client Service Managers — with a primary focus on German-speaking clients across the DACH region.

Job Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
* Fluency in German (at least B2) and English (written and spoken) — essential
* Comfortable communicating via phone, email, and in person with clients and stakeholders
* Proven ability to build strong internal and external relationships
* Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
* Able to work independently while being a strong team player
* Experience with Excel, SharePoint, Power BI, Microsoft Teams, and JIRA is a plus
Job Responsibilities
* Serve as the first point of contact for your clients
* Ensure timely and accurate completion of all client-related processes
* Coordinate the voting of registered shares in the German market
* Support day-to-day operations: handle client inquiries, maintain account data, set up custodian accounts, support onboarding, produce client reports
* Assist with internal process improvements and team coordination within the global company
