Responsibilities
* Independent organization of R&D projects (standard products as well as customer projects)
* Support of „Custom Program Managers"
* Follow defined Kontron development process
* Coordination of distributed and international project teams
* Setup of project plans (MS-Project), Meeting minutes and Gate-checklists,
* Manage Risk-Management and Lessons-Learned sub processes and related tasks
* Supervise/Monitor schedules and budget
* Reporting to Engineering Management team, escalation in case of resource, budget and/or schedule deviations/issues
* Check of completeness of all development results against requirements
* Organize project closure, transfer project results (finalized product) into (mass) production
* Take care of transparency between the participating departments and persons
Qualifications
* Engineer or technician with project management experience and organization skills
* Experience in product development
* Independent and structured way of working
* Fluent English and German in speaking and writing
* Working with MS Office is expected
* SAP Experience (optional)
