Due to continued growth, we are now looking for a Technical Planner (w/m/d) to join our Baden Baden team on a permamnent basis, working Monday-Friday. As a Technical Planner, you will play a key role in supporting aircraft maintenance operations by preparing and managing technical documentation for Vista’s business jet fleet and third-party customers. This role involves close collaboration with internal CAMO, supply chain teams, and external partners to ensure maintenance projects are well-coordinated and executed efficiently. You’ll lead work scopes, prepare and validate work packages, and provide remote support during AOG events. The ideal candidate brings technical training, aviation regulation knowledge, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Preparation of maintenance and repair documentation for our business jet fleet and occasionally for third-party customersCommunication and cooperation with the internal CAMO as well as external customersProject lead of the ongoing scope of work in close collaboration with the MX teamPreparation of work packages in close coordination with the Supply Chain Department, manufacturers and suppliers Documentation, adjustment or approval of work packages together with CAMORemote Off-Base support in case of AOG events You have completed technical vocational training and have relevant professional experience, ideally in an aeronautical engineering environmentBasic knowledge about EASA Part-145 / Part-M as well as aviation law regulationsConfident user of MRO-software and the MS-office packageTeam and solution-oriented approach to work while keeping a cool head, even in stressful situationsSelf-organized, structured and reliable personality with high self-initiativeFluent communication in written spoken English, German is a benefitA big plus: you are already holding a valid ZUP for GermanyValid driver’s license for cars
