Key Requirements:
* Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (Financial modules: GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash & Bank, Budgeting, Project Accounting).
* Strong understanding of core accounting principles and financial processes.
* Experience leading end-to-end D365 F&O implementations and upgrades.
* Ability to gather requirements, run workshops, and translate business needs into functional solutions.
* Skilled in writing functional design documents, process mapping, and solution architecture.
* Hands-on configuration experience within D365 F&O financial modules.
* Familiarity with Power BI, SQL, and reporting tools within the D365 ecosystem.
* Ability to work with technical teams to ensure alignment between functional and technical requirements.
* Stakeholder management experience, especially with senior business users and finance leadership.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Strong troubleshooting and issue-resolution capability.
* Experience training end-users and supporting go-live activities.
* Knowledge of related modules (Procurement & sourcing, Inventory, Project Ops) is a plus.
* Microsoft certification in D365 Finance or related modules (preferred).
