Responsibilities
* Professional and disciplinary leadership of the Quality Management department
* Further development and implementation of the quality management system in accordance with internal and customer-specific requirements
* Evaluation, preparation, and monitoring of relevant KPIs
* Definition and implementation of improvement measures in collaboration with other departments
* Execution and participation in complaint handling, according to the claim management process and internal standards
* Root cause analyses and implementation of corrective actions
* Leading and moderating customer complaint processes
* Planning, coordination, and execution of internal, external, and customer audits
* Monitoring of measures to address audit deviations
* Participation in cross-site audits, including conducting quality system audits at other locations
Qualifications
* Completed university degree in a relevant field
* Several years of experience in quality management
* Experience in plastics and silicone processing is desirable
* Solid experience in the automotive sector and relevant certifications
* Internal Auditor IATF 16949, Process Auditor VDA 6.3
* Leadership experience
* Business-fluent English skills
