Your responsibilities:
* Transport Insurance: Shipment registration, claims handling, coordination with brokers/insurers, collaboration with logistics and legal teams.
* Property and Business Interruption Insurance: Maintenance and validation of insured values, claims coordination, clarification of coverage and exclusions, follow-up on risk engineering recommendations.
* International Travel Health Insurance: Administration of insured persons, claims support, point of contact for policy-related inquiries.
* Group Accident Insurance (Germany): Updating insured personnel data, handling claims, providing internal guidance.
* Global Liability Insurance: Claims management, clarification of policy coverage and exclusions, coordination with internal departments and insurers.
* Strategic Support to Head of Insurance (LIXIL EMENA): Resolving complex insurance and risk-related issues, liaising with internal and external partners, supporting other corporate insurance programs as needed, and monitoring foreign insurance policy registers to identify and address potential coverage gaps.
Your profile:
* Commercial, legal or insurance training
* Professional experience with an industrial insurer or industrial insurance broker
* Good knowledge of international industrial insurance
* Fluent in spoken and written German and English
* Good knowledge of MS Office and openness to new digital solutions
* Confident working in a fast-paced, dynamic and global environment
