About the opportunity

Enably is hiring on behalf of a high-growth B2B SaaS business looking to add a German-speaking Account Executive to support growth across the DACH region.

This is a company with real traction, a strong product, and a clear growth story already underway. They have proven demand across multiple markets and are now focused on scaling their commercial presence across Europe in a more deliberate way.

It is a good fit for someone who wants more than a standard account executive role. There is plenty of room here for ownership, commercial input, and meaningful influence in-market.

The DACH region is a key growth market and this hire will play an important part in building momentum there.

You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, progressing deals, and helping turn market activity into consistent, repeatable revenue across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You will work with a high degree of autonomy while collaborating closely with a wider team across Europe.

This is not about sitting back and waiting for pipeline to land. It is a role for someone who enjoys creating momentum, shaping approach, and helping a business understand what is landing well in-market and where there is room to improve.


Tasks

What you’ll be doing

* Building new business opportunities across the DACH region through outbound activity, networking, and self-generated leads
* Owning the sales process from first conversation through to close
* Running strong discovery calls and tailored product demos
* Qualifying opportunities with sound commercial judgment
* Closing new business and contributing directly to revenue growth
* Working closely with marketing and wider commercial teams to sharpen messaging and market approach
* Feeding back customer and market insight to help inform product and go-to-market thinking


Requirements

* Experience as an Account Executive in a SaaS environment
* A solid track record in SMB and/or mid-market sales
* Confidence running discovery, handling objections, and selling on value
* Strong qualification discipline and good deal judgment
* A self-starting approach and comfort operating with pace and autonomy
* The ability to contribute ideas, not just follow process
* Professional fluency in both German and English is essential - This role involves leading customer conversations across the DACH market while working closely with internal teams operating in English.
