Description Locations : Luxembourg and Germany Program start date: 1 October 2026 As part of our European 24-month program, you will have the opportunity to gain a wide breadth of exposure and experience across our key Commercial Business Units. At the end of the program, you will be placed in a commercial role that suits your strengths as you kick start your career with Avient. You will navigate into our rotational assignments in: Customer Service; o You will be exposed to customer service, and you will learn how to communicate professionally with customers and to use customer service systems and tools. You develop skills in problem-solving, active listening while gaining an understanding of company products. Marketing: o You will learn the basics of marketing strategy and brand positioning. You will learn how to analyze data, understand customer behavior and collaborate with sales and other teams to support business goals. Inside Sales: o You will gain experience in how to manage leads and support the sales process through calls and digital channels. You will develop skills in customer communication and in understanding customer needs while working closely with sales and marketing teams. Sales o You will learn how to manage the sales process from customer needs analysis to presenting solutions and closing deals. You will develop skills in communication, relationship-building and pricing while learning to use sales tools and understand market dynamics to drive business growth. Selection process: Initial phone screens will take place between 1st April – 30th April 2026 Recruitment Events take place between 18th May – 1st July 2026 Program start and end: Program start date 1st October 2026 in Luxembourg. The Program will end in 2028 in Germany. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master degree in Chemical Engineering, Engineering or similar. Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience including internship or student assignments. Desire to learn and make a difference into the Polymer/Chemical Industry. Desire to use technical background in a commercial role. Good spoken and written communication skills. Good active listening skills. Ability to work independently and within a team environment. Languages: English and German fluent. EU Category B Driving License
