Aufgabengebiet
Key Responsibilities1. Project Management
* Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects (Security Remediation & AD Consolidation)
* Ensure delivery of agreed scope on time and within budget
* Drive value-oriented outcomes across the full project lifecycle (analysis to post-deployment)
* Create and maintain detailed project plans (activities, milestones, dependencies)
* Own project financials (budgeting, forecasting) and resource planning
* Coordinate internal and external resources and oversee daily project execution
* Apply our client's project methodology consistently
2. Governance & Communication
* Identify, track, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies
* Manage stakeholder expectations through structured and transparent communication
* Establish and run governance structures and meeting cadences
* Coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party providers
* Ensure alignment with PMO and governance frameworks (e.g. Sensee IQ)
3. Project Management Community
* Contribute to project management best practices and continuous improvement
* Share lessons learned and support development of standard frameworks and guidelines
4. Team Leadership
* Lead and motivate project team members
* Drive performance and ensure effective collaboration across teams
Anforderungsprofil
Requirements
* Proven experience as IT Project Manager in complex environments
* Strong track record in IT Security and/or Active Directory projects
* Expertise in project governance, budgeting, and resource management
* Experience managing stakeholders, vendors, and distributed teams
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Fluent English (mandatory); German is a plus
