Intro At ToysReloved, we believe that sustainable consumption should not only be necessary but also convenient and simple. That’s why we’ve developed the most convenient second-hand service for toys, allowing parents to pass on their no longer needed toys with just a click and do good at the same time. We are a young Berlin-based startup on a mission to revolutionize the toy industry through the circular economy. Our vision is to make buying and selling second-hand toys the preferred choice for everyone. Do you want to be part of this change? Then join us as a working student and help us build our inventory management system and support our business development across various exciting topics. Tasks Your Tasks: Sorting & product identification : Sort incoming children's toys and use AI tools and online research to correctly identify the toys and determine their exact name. Decide which products will be sold on our marketplace or donated to social organizations. Photography : Take high-quality photos of the toys to present them optimally on our platform. Good pictures are crucial for our customers' purchasing decisions. Quality management : Identify and classify defects in products to ensure our quality standards. Warehouse management : Be responsible for the shipping process - pick and pack orders, print shipping labels and manage tracking numbers. Process optimization : Work closely with the team to improve our warehouse processes, automate more and more and increase our footprint in the circular toy industry. Requirements You are based in Berlin and ideally studying a relevant field such as logistics, supply chain management, or business with a focus on logistics. Excellent knowledge on supply-chain & processes, strong analytical skills, and enjoyment of data analysis. Independent and structured working style. Very good English skills, good German skills are an advantage. Passion for sustainability and interest in the circular economy.
