We are looking for a Senior Finance & Treasury Manager to take full ownership of our financial operations.
You will be the sole financial expert on the team for now, acting as a universal fighter. There is a clear and direct career progression path to Head of Finance or CFO as the company scales.
Requirements
What you’ll do:
* Take full ownership of and optimize the current financial system and payment infrastructure;
* Prepare, maintain, and own the core financial reporting: P&L, Cash Flow, Unit Economics, and regular reports for investors;
* Execute daily financial operations: process payments, review financial tasks, and manage payroll;
* Build expense forecasts, track budget vs. actuals, and maintain financial spreadsheets;
* Create and distribute monthly payslips for all employees;
* Monitor cash flow across multiple bank accounts and crypto wallets, minimizing exchange risks and transaction fees;
* Conduct regular audits of company expenses, software subscriptions, and vendor contracts to cut unnecessary costs.
What you bring:
* Senior-level expertise: 3+ years of experience in finance, ideally within Crypto or iGaming startups;
* Big 4 background is mandatory (KPMG, Deloitte, PwC, or EY): We need someone with that foundational rigor to build our processes from scratch;
* Deep, hands-on experience in building and managing P&L and complex Cash Flow models;
* Previous experience as Head of Finance or CFO is a strong plus;
* Knowledge of industry legislation, financial compliance, and international B2B payments;
* Hands-on ability to build clear, scalable financial models from scratch;
* English at B1 level (strong written communication is mandatory);
* Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and a high degree of autonomy.
