Senior HXM Manager Position
We are seeking an experienced and strategic-thinking team lead to develop and manage the SAP HXM offering with a focus on SuccessFactors Cloud.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Development: You will be responsible for developing and managing the SAP HXM offering with a focus on SuccessFactors Cloud, including HXM On-prem, Managed Services, H4S4, and HR-IT strategies.
* Leadership: As an HXM Lead, you will represent the offering internally and externally, and serve as a liaison between different business units.
* External Representation: You will present the offering at industry events, customer meetings, and in collaboration with other companies – always aiming to increase visibility and success of our solutions.
* Personnel Planning and Development: You will ensure strategic personnel planning and be actively involved in the development and mentoring of team members.
* Project Management: Additionally, you will lead projects and ensure that delivery is smooth and meets high-quality standards – also involving nearshore resources when necessary.
Requirements:
* You bring extensive experience in SAP HXM and project management, preferably in an international context.
* You have in-depth knowledge of strategic development and management of HXM offerings, particularly in the cloud area.
* Your leadership style is characterized by empowerment and team leadership – you know how to inspire people towards a common vision.
* You have experience in collaborating with SAP and other partners, as well as representing the company externally.
* Your strategic thinking and communication skills help you successfully manage complex topics and projects.
* Good German language skills (at least C1 level) and English language skills complement your qualifications.
