About the Role
This position is based on-site at an international industrial customer in Neumünster. The company is a leading manufacturer of components and systems for mobile machinery and industrial applications, with a focus on innovative and energy-efficient technologies. The Neumünster site is a modern production and logistics center with an international environment.
Fluidcare is Quaker Houghton’s on-site service offering. Our goal is to support manufacturers by ensuring that industrial fluids and related systems are clean, well maintained, safe, and operating at optimal performance. This includes activities such as fluid maintenance, system checks, maintaining cleanliness standards, and providing technical support to enable efficient and reliable production.
Full training will be provided.

What will you do?
* Support the operation and maintenance of systems and products
* Help ensure that lubricants, greases, coolants, cleaners, and other industrial fluids are maintained in optimal condition for production
* Assist the Site Manager with administrative tasks
* Communicate closely with internal Quaker Houghton teams and key customer contacts
* Maintain accurate data in Quaker Houghton systems
* Support warehouse and inventory management activities
What are we looking for?
* Completed technical training (e.g., electrician, mechatronics technician, industrial mechanic) or comparable technical knowledge
* Experience working in an industrial environment
* Attention to detail and a strong customer-focused mindset
* German language skills at B2 level (spoken and written)
* English language skills at B1–B2 level
* Experience in team coordination or supporting others is an advantage, but not required
* Strong safety awareness, with a proactive and collaborative approach
* Comfortable working with IT systems and standard office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office)
