As Regional Quality Manager, you will drive quality excellence across the region by strengthening customer focus, developing people and capabilities, and ensuring consistent quality standards throughout all plants.
In this role, you will lead the regional quality agenda, build a strong quality culture, and continuously improve quality performance across the entire product lifecycle. Acting as the functional leader of the local Quality Managers, you will combine deep quality expertise with leadership and transformation capabilities to create sustainable business impact.
1. Driving quality performance through KPI management, performance reviews, and the reduction of customer complaints, recurring issues, and cost of quality
2. Developing a strong quality culture by building capabilities, strengthening problem-solving competencies, and fostering ownership across the organization
3. Establishing and continuously improving quality standards, systems, and methods across all plants
4. Managing quality from an end-to-end perspective across product development, suppliers, production, laboratories, and customer complaint handling
5. Ensuring effective root cause analysis and sustainable corrective and preventive actions
6. Building trusted partnerships with customers and internal stakeholders while ensuring alignment between customer expectations and operational execution
7. Supporting IMS compliance and translating regulatory requirements into practical and effective plant standards
What makes you great
You are passionate about quality and understand how to translate quality requirements into sustainable business performance. You are equally comfortable discussing a root cause analysis with a plant team, reviewing a customer quality agreement, coaching a Quality Manager, or driving change across multiple locations.
8. University degree combined with several years of experience in quality management within manufacturing industries (ideally packaging / FCMG)
9. Strong expertise in quality assurance, customer and supplier quality, complaint management, and structured problem solving, and audits
10. Deep knowledge of quality methodologies such as RCA, 8D, FMEA, SPC, and CAPA
11. Proven leadership experience and the ability to develop people, capabilities, and organizations
12. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in an international environment
13. Good understanding of relevant regulatory frameworks and experience with IMS
14. Fluency in English and high willingness to travel within the region
